We introduce modern management techniques to companies trying to show those elements, that are the most suitable for the new model of work(which we worked out with the client). We do not prefer any of trends in methods and techniques of management, that have appeared recently, because we think , that the way of manage a company has to be adapted to “organisation culture” and to people who work there.

The Indygo company especially specialises in the building industry, giving services to developers and building contractors (project specific activity), as well as to producers of building materials (process specific activity). The company has a solution for produces of cobblestones. The solution includes organisational aspect (management) and IT aspect (software and technical equipment) as well. It is currently being implemented into two companies in the central and eastern Poland.

First of all, our team is comprised of experienced persons, with real personalities who are characterized by a high level of the innovative and customer care attitude.
